Classes for Every Body
Basics & Build
Are you new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics? This is your space to slow it down & build from the ground up. In this all-levels class, we focus on foundational alignment, steady strength, & skillful progressions. You’ll learn how to move with more awareness, improve your transitions, & build confidence in poses that may have felt unclear before. You can expect to break down common postures, explore modifications to fit you, strengthen the core and stabilize muscles, & practice sustainable movement patterns to prolong your practice.
Vinyasa
This fun & energizing vinyasa class will challenge you physically & mentally. No two classes are the same, as we explore different themes, variations, & transitions. This class is suitable for all levels, as we offer modifications & options for beginners & advanced practitioners. You can improve strength, flexibility, balance, & focus, while enjoying the benefits of relaxation & stress relief. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a very ancient art form designed to balance out both mind & body. This class will help you reconnect with a natural state of being, calm and relaxed. You will learn to occupy your body in a different way using gentle movement & coordinated breathing. This is not a martial arts class. This class will help restore balance, quiet the mind, encourage relaxation, & improve flexibility. You will always be standing and only need comfortable clothes & shoes.
Yin
A slower style of yoga focusing on physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Props, such as yoga blocks and blankets will assist us in holding comfortable poses for longer periods of time. All levels are welcome.
Energy Flow
Medium to fast-paced Vinyasa Flow class. Energy Flow focuses on strength, linking breath with movement through varied sequences. Never the same class twice! Includes breath work, balance and YAY PLANKS! All sequences can be modified to your fitness needs.
Beginners ALWAYS welcome.
Gentle Sunrise Flow
A slow flow yoga class that focuses on gentle postures, mindful breathing techniques, and fostering inner peace. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, this practice is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and bring peace to your mind. Join us as we stretch, breathe deeply, and cultivate a sense of calmness together.
Deep Stretch
An all levels class that will focus on deeply stretching the muscles. Expect longer held poses and slow, gentle movement. We will release tension in our bodies and work towards a state of total relaxation.
Yoga Pilates Fusion
This class blends the strength of Pilates with the flow of yoga. Each week, we will focus on a different muscle group, helping you build strength and flexibility in a balanced way. Expect sequences that strengthen and stretch your body, enhance core stability, and promote mindful movement.
Restorative Pop Up
Restorative yoga is about relaxing your body fully & actively releasing the tension & stress. During class we move into different poses supported by props, and designed to release restrictions. We calm the mind with guided deep breathing and meditation to activate the parasympathetic nervous system & allow us to be present and still. This 90 minute class will incorporate music & sound along with props to provide for a relaxing release.

Pricing:
$15 per class
10-Class Pass: $120
30-Class Package: $300*
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first class. Mats and props are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
*30-Class package must be used within 60 days.
In Loving Memory of Jamie

Jamie was one of the bright lights of WholeBody’s yoga community — a dear friend, teacher, and source of endless encouragement. After owning her own studio in Maryville for many years, she joined WholeBody and became a cornerstone of our yoga program.
In 2023, Jamie’s life was cut short by colon cancer. Though her time with us was far too brief, her spirit continues to fill our studio with warmth, laughter, and purpose. To honor her, we offer a free yoga class to anyone who completes a colonoscopy. It’s our small way to carry forward her message of self-care, courage, and love for life.
Every breath, every pose, and every act of care keeps her memory alive.
