At WholeBody, we understand runners because we are runners. For Rebecca, running has always been more than a workout or a hobby; it’s a part of who she is. The rhythm of the run, the quiet space it creates, and the strength it builds have always grounded her.

In 2012, after more than a decade of running, an injury threatened to take that away. For the first time, she couldn’t heal herself, and when she searched for help, no one could give her the answers she needed. She didn’t want to be told to just rest or to accept that maybe her running days were over. Quitting was never an option.

Rebecca lives to run and plans to keep running until she’s 100. When she couldn’t find the help she needed, she created it — not just for herself, but for every runner who refuses to give up on what they love. That moment became the foundation for WholeBody.

The WholeBody Running Assessment

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all physical therapy evaluation. Our Clinical Running Assessment looks at over 40 points of movement, strength, and balance to uncover what’s really behind your pain or inefficiency.

Using  movement analysis and hands-on testing, we identify muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, and myofascial  issues that can affect your running gait and cause pain. Then we design a plan that includes targeted strength work, manual therapy, and running-specific exercises to decrease pain and improve stability, form, efficiency, and endurance.
